Runing a shift and the store resolving problems and being responsible of staff and the store
I have improved in comunication with customers and resolving isues thinking on my feet and reacting to problems as well improved my patiance

At the begining it was fun to work at but getting promoted it is not fun any more and the stress you are subjucated every day is not worth it and if you show that you are eager to do more everyone will dump there work load on you
Enjoy your time as employee don't go for promotion as it will make it worst for you
