I have learned how to become more organized to maintain clear and updated to work.
I feel this programme allows me to learn on the job and develop my skill sets which are relevant within my industry whilst also getting the support to be going through university and working towards my degree at the same time, it allows me to feel safe and supported knowing I am getting experience which I would not get being solely at university.
i have supported learning as i am explained what is expected from me and how to carry out new tasks and attend uni one day per week
I get a good amount of support from my employer especially around exams and busy periods of work.
I get time off to attend university and am also given some time off around exams. It also is good the people who i work with have been through the same coursework / exams so know it can be challenging and can help with any queries i have.
It gives me foundation learning which i can then build on and gain more knowledge outside uni.
