I have learnt a lot, developed my skills in all areas and also supported my colleagues improve their skills by sharing my new knowledge
I enjoyed the learning a lot, it was engaging and interesting, I learnt a lot, but it felt quite isolating not knowing anyone else doing the same course.
I knew exactly what I was doing each week so it was well structured but the change of staff I didn't like
Lots! My managers were very supportive, I always had my study day, my colleagues helped with projects and I couldnt have asked for more!
Towards the end I was told I would have mocks with my trainer, but she left, this would have helped me feel more prepared, however I had support from my employer instead
100%! I have achieved a lot in the last two years and I definitely think its down to the knowledge I have gained from my apprenticeship!
I have 3 volunteering days a year which I always use
Yes
So supportive, they want you to just be your best!
