  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well organised however the resources could be in a more accessible format to speed the research sections of each module. The course is also very adaptable to what you are currently working on, ensuring not to double your workload and prioritise the modules inline with your projects.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Depending on my line report I have received different levels of support. My previous line manager was very anxious and stressed and didn't make time to support my time on the course. My current manager is very supportive and I ensure to continuously communicate my progression and which modules are coming up so we can align them with the strategy and projects coming up.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My coach has provided a lot of support and there are training video, calls and packs available from onboarding to prepare yourself with the end point assessment. There could however be more frequent Q&A calls at different dates/times to be more accessible around our full time schedules.
