  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In total, the programme is 3 years. In the first year, we do 3 x 4 month placements in different business areas, to build our network and skillset, whilst studying a level 3 in general business administration. During this year day to day roles may consist of assisting and shadowing colleagues, running our own projects and learning about the business area. In the 2nd and 3rd year, we do a long term, 2 year placement where we stay in the same team throughout, and study a qualification relevant to that area. I'm in one of our content teams, studying towards a level 3 in Content Creation. My day to day roles consist of supporting and managing video and photo shoots and creating my own content for Internal Comms, PR and Social Media.
