I learn the ropes to managing the store while completing daily activities alongside the other store assistants. I chip in and help out on the managment activities while being shadowed and shown.
I have developed both self confidence and skills while also working in a team and at different points of the day with others. I have also learnt how to effectively communicate to be the most efficient for the store.
I enjoy being in a work place with friendly colleagues and earning whilst learning. I get the experience of actually working instead of being in a classroom hearing about it.
It is very structured and there is a good plan for what I'm going to be developing in over a set oeriod of time.
They are very flexible with personal life and are always there to support me if I need it. All I have to do is ask and they will do the best to help me out.

They as how my work life is and if i need any support with that as well. If I did have any issues they would be more than willing to help me find a solution.
