planning, tracking progress against plan. Identifying and moderating risks and issues. Engagement with projects to support their progression against time, cost and quality.
I have learned many new skills which previously i wouldn't had had chance to in my role this includes: business case development, resourcing, leadership and scope management.
The training is well detailed and the structure for the apprenticeship is clear. however tutors can have conflicting messaging regarding what is needed in case studies and what knowledge is needed.

The apprenticeship through MoJ has increased my confidence towards my role loads, i now feel comfortable enough that i have the right skills to become a project manager.
Ensure you have regular check-ins with your tutor and stay on top of your work.
