we were placed in different units for 6 months having the opportunity to manage real projects with the support of experienced employees
project management, problem solving, business acumen
this is an amazing experience
it was very well structured and it was clear what is expected
we learnt a lot during the onboarding, everything about the company, it's structure, values, principles, communities, etc.
during the rotations we understand what we like more
of course, we received a monthly salary and were considered as the company's employees
we were invited to all of the office's events as other employees
Yes
the best employer for me so far
you will be happy to work in this company :)
