Set structure for each year group i.e. which exams you will take & when; responsibilities during audits; support network through a buddy and appraiser system and office 'teams' which integrate different grades from first year to partner.

TVCASS - ICAEW student committee for social events & networking. Charity partners - this year it will be the local air ambulance service so fund raising events will occur throughout the year. Deloitte charity challenge - this year employees had the opportunity to take part in 1 of 3 challenges (climbing Kilimanjaro, hiking in Nepal and a peak challenge in Spain to raise money for 'Mind' and 'Prostate UK' An annual away weekend - sporting activities & social events Football club for men - not really a sports team for women at the reading office...

If you are currently studying at university, make it your priority to get an internship or a summer vacation scheme to gain work experience - it makes you stand out and provides needed experience.
