we work alone, my job is to make sure customers feel welcome and always know we are here to help. day to day, i am making sure customers enjoy their stay and return as loyal customers hopefully!
i have developed public speaking, which i never used to be able to do as much. i have learnt to listen better and help do what i can to change it while being empathetic.
i enjoy my programme, i enjoy learning new things and gaining more and more confidence when i can.
very organised, not once confusing. very helpful
loads, if i need any help everyone is there to assist me.
i receive a lot of support when needed, i don’t have any worries.
it kind of gives you a boost in confidence, and you learn more to understand what is what.
we have GOSH, we have done quiz nights and also people are doing bag packing in shops.
Yes
i think it’s a very good company to work for, they have an amazing apprenticeship to go along with it if wanted.
have confidence! but if you don’t you will build it!
