  • Programme is well organised and supportive. The difficulty I find is managing my own time.

  • It allows me to look into more detail of what I do and it effects. Also support better knowledge to better help and support my team.

  • On a site level, not much. However within the wider business we will band together for charity causes or forums to help support and improve roles.
