I am a team member, this involves bringing food to tables and serving customers on the bar.
I have learned a lot about legislation that applies to me and the business I work for. I have developed the skills that I already have by being more aware of how they affect the business I work for.
I enjoy the programme a lot, I feel as though I am understanding a lot more about the business aspect as well as the legal aspect in what I do. It is easy to keep on top of the work provided and isn’t overwhelming.
It is very well organised, it doesn’t not interfere with my day to day life and I receive a lot of necessary information in a short period.
As my employer is quite busy in the business I feel as though there isn’t an opportunity to talk about my apprenticeship
I receive an adequate amount of support from my training provider as they keep me upto date with my learning and make it easy to contact them with any queries I may be having.

It is a good business to be apart of. We have regular meetings to discuss what ways we can improve and they allow us to connect with each other as a team.
Greene king is a great business to join, my advice is if you would like to progress and further your knowledge, an apprenticeship is the best way to go about it.
