Using technical and managerial knowledge to support a team of technicians and provide guidance to other parts of the business.
I have learnt new theories and methodologies to use in operational and technical management.
Pearson has provided excellent support to me as an apprentice. Support, guidance and executive contacts are all available to help me through each stage of the apprenticeship.
Very well organised. There are regular communications from the apprenticeship team to check how you are doing and offer support or new resources.
Pearson has been extremely supportive. They have made the time available so that I can study and focus when it is needed.
I could not fault the training provider. The range of support available is huge.
The training is opening me up to other perspectives that I have not considered before. It is allowing me to critically analyse standard operating procedures and ask myself if they can be improved or if they are correct.
There are lots of networking events to participate in such as membership to the Association of Apprenticeships.

Pearson has been extremely supportive and are helping me to progress at a comfortable pace that is applicable to my personal circumstances. I have the support available if I need it, and everyone has been very approachable and encouraging.
