Thoroughly, as I joined this team when it was first formed there was almost unlimited opportunity for me to drive the process forward. I have a great work life balance and a strong team around me who support one another
As well as you could anticipate for a newly formed team, although there is no set path. There are plenty of opportunities for development which leads to wider career prospects when compared to a BAU team.
An incredible amount of support, I have been granted emergency dependent leave for my toddler when required and also 6 weeks paid paternity when she was first born
Couldn't fault the training provider, they cared as much about me qualifying as I did and played a great supporting role in helping me to achieve my goals
The training provider gave me the best platform to achieve my qualification which in turn opened the opportunity for me to apply for the role I'm currently in now
