  • the program was good. it taught me a lot about the fundamentals of change and being a change agent and it allowed me to work flexibly alongside my full time role. the coaches are really helpful and knowledgeable. one negative was that course details were not always applicable to my role.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • overall it is a great place to work. i have been here for almost 3 years and have been in 2 different roles. ultimately there are so many different things you can do at the company and they are very good at internal moves and offering training and qualifications if you want to change careers, like i did.

  • be open and honest about you and what you want. if the role you are applying for is not the right fit for you its possible a different role is and the interviewer might suggest this as an alternative.
