Reviewing each module guidance pack and determining a suitable study area of interest that meets the requirements. Then undergoing detailed literature review to understand the subject matter before developing a concise report.
I've learnt about a wide range of new engineering technologies that are relevant to the energy industry. This has included hydrogen and carbon capture as examples.
I enjoyed the challenged of learning about new technologies and methodologies. This gave the me the incentive to dig deeper than I would normally at work.
The structure of the course was sufficient, but with enough flexibility to tailor the course to be relevant to my specific learning needs.
I received sufficient time to complete the course to high standard.
I received one-to-one support when requested.
The course allowed me to learn about technologies that I would otherwise have little knowledge of. This will allow me to adapt to future technologies as the become more common in the industry.
There are professional networking events and there is good culture to encourage people to join external events such professional membership and the events that they organise.

Great company to work for, good work life balance and plenty of opportunity to develop and move into different roles as your career progresses.
Find a job you're passionate about and apply. To help with the application process I would refer to E.ONs core values.
