Currently I am the patching coordinator for our Client, overseeing and maintaining their servers. This is along side studying and taking exams for my apprenticeship.
I have learnt many new skills, I'm one year into my apprenticeship, the difference to how I was when I started in night and day, I understand processors and can work my way around a computer.
Im really enjoying the challenges, I'm very happy and proud to be working at this company and of all I have achieved so far!
Very well organised, There's enough work without being overloaded. There's constant contact between QA and myself and help from Capgemini.
Capgemini and my managers are very supportive, its a passion of the company to help its employees improve. When ever I need help it never seems like to much.
QA have also been very helpful. The work needed to complete my apprenticeship is layed out and structured in a way that's easy to understand and they always seem available to help.
Very well! There's lots to learn so unfortunately it just takes time, but there's no doubt the work is making me better fit to the role needed. This industry is changing rapidly so I assume I'll always be changing and learning.
Capgemini has a whole division dedicated to helping its appetence's feel included and often hosts events.
Yes
They are a company that will encourage and help you improve and grow. They care about your wellbeing. It's full of great people plus they work on important things that make you feel proud to be apart of.
Work hard, treat others with respect and you can't go wrong. It's a great company, many who leave come back in the end.
