I oversee the design and construction of district heating networks as well as managing an operations team running 5 heat networks in a particular region. I have 6 direct reports and a team of approx 50 people. My background is engineering and project manager, now I am a senior leader N-3.
Yes I have learnt new skills and developed existing skills. The course is an MBA - my original degree was in engineering so I have really broadened my leadership capabilities.
I have very much enjoyed most of it. Out of approx 10 modules there were 2 I didn't enjoy.
Very well organised and well strucutred.
Plenty of support - I have a great mentor and I usually spend most of Fridays on my uni work.
Plenty of support although personal personal check ins on the assignments would be good - the group ones are not great.
Really helps. Improved my confidence massively too.
