Excel skills have greatly increased, and my time management skills have certainly improved. A regular 9-5 has also taught me discipline and good teamwork, as my colleagues rely on me to complete various tasks.
Very much so, I'm regularly learning new skills/information and my teachers provide well structured and informative lessons.
Well organised, regular lessons on Monday mornings are just the right length for me to maintain concentration throughout and my teachers regularly provide 1 to 1 meetings discussing my progress, and how well my apprenticeship is going.
Lots of support. I am allowed a good, significant portion of dedicated time to revise/consolidate my learning, and my manager is helpful and very open. My work also relates heavily to my apprenticeship learning which helps a lot.
I receive a reasonable level of support. I have many learning resources available to me, mock tests etc. My teacher provides me with lots of example exam questions and is responsive when contacted.
I feel the learning on my apprenticeship helps me to better understand the tasks I perform at my job. Similarly, the tasks I perform at work are essential in consolidating my apprenticeship learning. They work well to support each other in tandem.
Already at my company (I've been there 4 months) there have been 2 major social events. There are hikes, bingo nights, bar nights etc. Christmas parties are coming up later in the year, so yes, I would agree that extra-curricular activities are more than adequate at my work.
Yes
Friendly colleagues, good company benefits, nice work environment. The work also feels rewarding most of the time.
