  • Manage a project from anywhere within the lifecycle and that includes resource management, governance and controls, finance, planning, stakeholder engagement, communications in various forms like verbal and board packs and updates, analysing data, milestone planning

  • My communication skills have definitely improved over the course and my leadership skills which includes empathy and stakeholder engagement in terms of building deeper collaborations and managing myself through development and self reflection

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Some elements are more challenging than others but on the whole a really positive experience that has broadened my knowledge of Nationwide and provided more background so I can understand how all the different areas link together to achieve Organisations goals

  • very well structured and organised. Done in 10 weeks blocks with an assessment session on week 5, draft due week 8 and final submission the Friday of week 10 with usually 2 weeks between

  • all the hours I need and willing to read what I have put for my assignment

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • as much as you want - in addition to the actual course, QA offer 'office hour' once a week for the duration of the module and there is the ACE team which has lots of resources and you can book a 1-1 with them and also the library.

  • how broad the qualification is it has definitely helped me perform better as it enhances my understanding of the organisation

  • very career driven and ambitious company that are always willing to support employees if you put the work in - flexible working and condensed working which helps when studying for the degree

  • Always ask - the worst that can happen is you be told no!
