Managing a large team delivering compliance and assurance across multiple energy solutions businesses, creating and managing projects to improve the way the business manages it's obligations.
Yes - improved and learnt new skills in project management, team management, leadership
I have really enjoyed the programme - my only issue is that it doesn't always understand that I have a senior full time role - some of the deadlines (where there are 2 deadlines at once for instance) are incredibly difficult.
Very well structured, QA is great! The course teachers are not always great but there is always an opportunity for feedback.
All the support I need; however, there is always going to be a personal battle of the time I have available from my employer against the additional work going on in my day to day role.
Great skills provider and tutors; however there was little support for revision etc of exams - specifically I had to take a APM exam but no specific exam guidance or support available for that.
Absolutely has made me perform my role better, lead people better and manage my own work better! It's also given me a great deal of confidence and built my academic portfolio that I'm able to call on for my career.
I'm involved in several communities but also professional activities - "Women in Leadership" course and networking , "E.ON Academy" I'm one of a group of 200 experts from E.ON, and most recently in "tWEx", a strategic event with top 100.
