I am in charge of organising the compliance and bookings for one of the biggest accounts in Ireland. I book their compliance and keep in regular contact with my account.
Yes I have learned so many new skills that will help me to lead my new team and communicate more effectively with my customer account.
I really enjoyed it, it opened my eyes up to so many other theories and skills out there that I would like to master.
The programme was very well organised and structured and ran smoothly.
I received so much help and support from my employer, I asked for help where needed and was given guidance where necessary.
They helped me massively in areas where I needed more support. They also went above and beyond to help assist me with my dyslexia too.
I feel this has made a huge impact on my working life and has given me more opportunities to trial and test my new skills.
Yes there are always new opportunities to do extra curricular activities. I just need to find the time to join them and reach out for more information.
