I've been in this industry for a year now and I think I've achieved my goal of being a good worker who performs my daily tasks perfectly and makes my manager to feel proud of me. I take pleasure in cleaning the rooms so that I can give a wonderful experience to our guests. My daily tasks include perfect cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms.
Of course I learned new skills such as being more hospitable to our guests, always smiling, more attention to detail.I also learned to work better in a team, also my role helped me learn more English.
I like this program because it gives me an opportunity for new future opportunities. I like the fact that my studies are conducted online because this way I have time for my daily duties as a mother and wife and housewife but it also gives me the opportunity to develop.
I think the program is really well organized because it teaches you exactly everything you need to learn. My english snd math teacher and my coach are always available for questions and during yabinars in also very interesting and whenever you didn't understand something you can ask.
My employer is very concerned about my apprenticeship. She always asks me if I need help, if I don't understand something I can always ask her and she is happy to explain to me. She also monitors my aptem account to see how I'm doing and she's happy with my results.
I am really happy to work with this training provider, because they provide me with all the support I need. Because my first language is Bulgarian and I study in English, they are so attentive to me and always explain to me in great detail and carefully so that I can understand everything. And I believe that with their help and support I will achieve my goals.
As I said in the previous question, I am really very satisfied with the training I receive, because it helps me in both my personal and professional life. My job sometimes requires me to read,or write,to communicate with clients and thanks to my training provider I manage it.
To be honest, maybe there is, but the problem is that if they mentioned them to me, I didn't understand them , because of my English.
Yes
Premier in is very pleasant to work with because, first of all, our managers are very friendly and always help in any way they can. The second is that the people who work there are really professionals, they know what to do,we are like one big family and last but not least is the pay and all the benefits we get as workers there. Indeed the working environment is very relaxed, friendly and pleasant.
To people who want to start a new career, I would recommend applying to Premier in,because there is a place here where even without experience you are appreciated and trained, respected for who you are. The work environment is very pleasant and fun.And at the end of the day we all work for money so the pay there is really good 👍.
