I work with the business to support lots of small digital enhancements to improve business function.
Leaning new skills around data science and looking to apply them as part of my day to day role. It is also allowing the design and delivery of better and more robust solutions for the business.
Extremely rewarding, adds value to may work and also make me feel that I am productive even if it is lots of hard work.
Excellent, training content. Although the user experience of some of the enterprise systems needs reviewing and could make it more transparent.
Fantastic support, they not only make the time for my study, they also make me feel empowered and supported to manage my time.
Brillant support, always making themselves available when needed. I can see that they have put lots of though on how the content is provided and they make every effort to ensure they provide examples to allow us to relate to the content.
Before starting the course I felt confident in my work, but felt I always need to research for new areas. Though this process: * I have been ratified that I had learnt the right skills * I have learnt the correct and better ways to preform my role * I have started to see more opportunite's which previously I couldn't see
E.ON is always offering extra-curricular events, recently I was part of a golf event. They have organised several group walks and event to raise money for our supported charity.
Yes
E.ON is very people focused and genuinely interested the development of us. They are actively promoting and supporting training and allowing exploration of new skills.
Be honest, E.ON is not interested in the shinny object in the box. The more honest you are the better E.ON can assess you for the future. Skills can be trained, a genuine team member is important.
