Carrying out child care of 0-4 yr olds, including mealtimes, intimate care and general day time play, routines and tasks.
I had previously not worked in child care so I have learnt a lot of new skills when dealing with children of all ages. I have also learnt a lot about myself an how I cope in stressful and intense situations.
I enjoy my programme very much, it is very interesting and is going at a pace that keeps me interested.
It is very well organised, I always know what to expect and what my timeframes are.
I receive as much support as they can provide however this is dependant on staffing and the availability for me to leave the room

It helps me a lot, I am constantly growing and learning within my role and putting what i have learnt in the apprenticeship into real life practice
