During this apprenticeship I have learnt many skills that come with hands on work including communication and networking skills
I enjoy my programme largely. I have met new people and gained an invaluable skill
As a whole it is well organised however some minor setbacks have been experienced so far
The support from my employer is vast. BAE offer many different services for all problems that may arise including mental health problems
We are offered a lot of support to gain our qualifications including the option of a mentor to help guide you through the process making it easier for you to understand.
Furness college despite sometimes having a lack of tutors still tries to ensure that all lessons are covered and we are learning every lesson
Yes there are many including hosting events around the area in schools and out of schools teaching the town what we do at BAE
