I have learnt many skills and gained an insight of how a factory runs and implements processes such as LEAN.
You will enjoy some departments more than others. Each is different and how much you enjoy it will depend on your personality .
The programme is poorly organised. Recently there has been a bigger push towards the administration side so this should continue to improve. There is now more opportunities to jump around the business however it is currently poorly communicated.
I feel that I could always reach out to my manager for any help work oriented or personal.
If I ask for additional help then it is always enough.
Not everything is relevant to the role, but it is all good to know either way.
There is often extra-curricular activities you could get involved in. Such as going to schools, helping out the community, etc.
Yes
It is a good apprenticeship to help you improve and progress within your career. You'll learn a lot of business practices and how certain departments work together.
