No two of my days are ever the same, every day is a learning experience. however my general day to day tasks would involve routine morning checks of equipment then perform whatever lab based tests my lab manager has briefed us on for the day.
I'm always learning new skills that'd be what I'd say the main point of having an apprenticeship would be, however things I've recently learnt are how to be more organised, how to work better as a team and how to be more adaptable.
I enjoy my programme to a great extent. my learning is well structured and covers a wide array of subjects relevant to my job and that are generally interesting to me and align with my future career goals.
my programme is very well organised my curriculum is laid out clearly and I can see what I need to do. Each course has well defined objectives and expectations, the availability of resources and support is excellent.
I receive substantial support from my employer. They provide not only financial support but allow a very flexible work schedule so that I can attend my study without conflict
I receive ample support from my training provider, they're always available if the need ever arises for my to ask anything.
My training allows me better knowledge of my day to day job and also helps me to stay safe in my role by teaching me the basics of health and safety.
There are lots of extra-curricular activities for me to take part in within my work from things such as team building exercises and social events that I'm always invited to
Yes
It's an ideal place to better yourself as a person and a great place to work on a career with internal progression being promoted.
My advice would be just go for it give it your all, be yourself and work hard and you'll be fine!
