Supporting clients in the community to regain independence. Supporting staff out in the community. Completing monitoring, supervisions and appraisals with staff. Supporting staff with difficult situations. Planning the client visits. Completing 1st visits for clients. Completing reviews for clients.
Learnt new ways to support staff when completing supervisions etc.
I enjoyed it where I learnt new things and being able to put things into practice.
