Planning and organising different events and sessions around D&I, could be communicating between stakeholders or logging things in systems. We often have conversations about how best to go about things and solve issues.
Learned how to navigate corporate environments and develop skills around how to present yourself. Additionally learnede about organization and how to work with different types of people
I enjoy the working part of the programme. Im getting good experience of the working world and feel apart of the team here.
There's a loose structure which works well as it gives us a lot of time to make sure we can focus on what the priority is at the time.
I have a lot of support from my manager and team.
Good amount of support is available if you need it.
Not really, most jobs can be taught and a qualification is more decoration then functional skill.
Many activities all the time, all the above and also including communities both official and non official.
Yes
