  • Care Worker. I go into service users homes and provide the care they need to the best of my ability

  • I learned more about the different types of abuse that can be done and the signs to look out for

  • I enjoyed the whole of the programme, I enjoyed the studying involved

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very structured, I was behind in my work for awhile but after speaking to Kirsty Welding I managed to refocus and get the work completed

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received plenty of support, all senior staff were available to me if I needed help and if there were any specifics I needed to complete, I was given the time to do it and access to a quiet office if needed

  • Kirsty Welding was absolutely fantastic with supporting me

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have a much better understanding of care which I can use throughout my role in work

  • Not that I'm aware of

  • Yes
