Care Worker. I go into service users homes and provide the care they need to the best of my ability
I learned more about the different types of abuse that can be done and the signs to look out for
I enjoyed the whole of the programme, I enjoyed the studying involved
Very structured, I was behind in my work for awhile but after speaking to Kirsty Welding I managed to refocus and get the work completed
I received plenty of support, all senior staff were available to me if I needed help and if there were any specifics I needed to complete, I was given the time to do it and access to a quiet office if needed
Kirsty Welding was absolutely fantastic with supporting me
I have a much better understanding of care which I can use throughout my role in work
Not that I'm aware of
Yes
Fantastic company that provides the full support when needed
If you need help, just ask and they will support you in any way they can
