  • I lead a team of managers and staff, main point of contact for our clients in my area. Ensure that all facilities operate efficiently and meet performance standards. This involves regular inspections and maintenance checks. Manage budgets and financial performance for the properties in my area. ensure that all facilities comply with local regulations and safety standards. This means regular audits and training sessions for staff. I oversee various projects, such as renovations or new facility openings. This involves planning, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Enjoy activities and getting and networking with other colleagues in the business to get insight on what they do day to day and talk about challenges.

  • Very well organized. Questions can be asked during the course and great to hear other colleagues point of view regarding certain topics.

  • Support is virtually 24/7. Can speak freely and discuss many topics to get full understanding of course needs

  • Absolutely - this will help me climb the ladder and more importantly help me to manage my emotions when it comes to people management
