Prioritizing my workload and delegation
Having such a busy position, I do struggle to find the time to engage in my learning. I do enjoy the programme though.
I do feel this could be organised better as there are tasks set, but no information relating to some of the tasks.
I have a mentor in place, and a supportive area manager.
I'm afraid I feel there has been little support. I have only met my tutor once in 9/10 months
The piece of work on communication was very beneficial
