to oversee the recruitment, onboarding and induction of all our new hires for the maintenance team
yes, learnt alot more about managment of self, time managment tools and techniques and coaching a team
i did not feel the entire course was fully relevant, i also had to retake my functional skills which was overwelming at time with 2 tutors and my skills coach whilst juggling the day to day role
my skills coach steve has been really helpful, it was more the functional skills that was unorganised and felt hectic
more than enough support from my peers
maths section of functional skills was a poor experience at the beginning but they gave me a new tutor which really helped
