  • yes, learnt alot more about managment of self, time managment tools and techniques and coaching a team

  • i did not feel the entire course was fully relevant, i also had to retake my functional skills which was overwelming at time with 2 tutors and my skills coach whilst juggling the day to day role

  • my skills coach steve has been really helpful, it was more the functional skills that was unorganised and felt hectic

  • maths section of functional skills was a poor experience at the beginning but they gave me a new tutor which really helped
