My role involves serving customers with a smile and ensuring all orders are made correctly.
I’ve learnt more about the behind the scenes of hospitality whilst on the apprenticeship.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship, my mentor and learning coach are both lovely people and are always available for help if I need them.
It’s very well organised. My learning coach always plans our visit ahead , and there’s always a time scale for me to finish my work.
I receive lots of support from my employer. Questions neve go un-answered.
Similar to before , I receive lots of support from my training provider.
It has helped me understand the behind the scenes of hospitality.
