Yeah I have learnt many new things that enhances my management skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, I love coming into to work to see what new things I’m going to work and what I will be learning next on my online course

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

From my manager, my mentor and myself . We all work together to make it structured and officiant

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get every bit of help I need, from getting more hours for my online work to learning new things for my off the job hours.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is really helpful, I can email or message him at any time if I need help or more understanding on a piece of work.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It teaches me the ins and outs of the different acts we need to follow at all times, and all of the different subjects you learn on the shop floor, you get to put them into example in your work online

There’s always opportunities of event we do to raise money for our charities

Yes

9b. Why?

Aldi apprentice gave me the recognition for being a manager, if I started out as a store assistant I wouldn’t have done any of the management jobs I have been given.
