  • I work within our EIS strategy team, my role is to monitor the external market closely and ensure that the SLT have a clear view of the direction of the organisation based off our competitors. In addition to this, i work corss-functionally with multiple teams to help stratgeise their porjects and provide insight support

  • Yes, throughout the scheme i have become fully efficient in many cloud based softwares such as Power BI and qualtrics. Aswell as all of my personable attributes developing from my direct actions at work such as my confidence project managing,

  • The flexibility of being able to choose my placements and tailor my journey to my specific interests and passions. aswell as the ability to have exposure up to board level

  • There could definatley be more structure, but as the scheme is moulded by each individual, it teaches you key proactive skills and naviagtion of your own problems.

  • Full supoort and acess to learning resources/qualifications to progress, there could be more of a baseline for development more clealry shown eg expectations of key development points such as hosting a meeting

  • Yes, directly used multiple theoretical frameworks then had the opportunity to implement these in my day to day activities, also helepd alot with the business jargon such as EBITDA

  • Yes, i have attended multiple extra curricular events such as DA networking, a muddy 5k and various conferenses that have deepened my understanding of the energy & infrastructure market

  • Confidence, research renewable energy to have a baseline understanding and always say YES! (unless it doesnt help your development)
