Spending between 2-4 weeks in different departments in the paintshop taking upon unique rolls in each area
I have learnt many new interesting skills which i have thoroughly enjoyed developing upon throughout the apprenticeship.
The daily tasks carried out in my apprenticeship are interesting and enjoyable however there has been times where I was not able to do much in the workplace and I just had to watch someone carry out a task instead
My apprenticeship is well structured most of the time during the day and follow along whatever tasks my colleagues carry out during the shift
I am more than happy with the support I receive from all of my managers and support workers/ supporvisers
I am in contact with my training provider and receive teams meetings every few months to check on my progress
Some of the tasks carried out at college are somewhat slightly different from the equipment and techniques used at work.
I am part of a bespoke innovations circle which allows me to work and get involved in different projects.
