Yes, I have learnt a variety of additional skills as well as building my confidence with existing skills.
I really enjoy my programme, it’s interactive and very supportive.
The programme is very well structured and organised - the online system “Bud” is particularly good.
My employer provides me with a lot of support, they make the workplace and my experience at work enjoyable and comfortable.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, they interact with my apprenticeship and allow me time on shift to complete my diploma tasks.
It provides me with additional confidence and support in building existing skills and learning new skills.
There are usually annual events such as our prom and Christmas meal which all team member and young people take part in.
