  • I review client's for tax purposes and look for things that aren't supposed to be there.

  • I have learned new skills, such as wording professional emails, how to do tasks and apply the skills across other areas of life.

  • I enjoy the programme but I feel it could be better in some areas, however not everything can be perfect.

  • Its not wonderfully organised, there are a lot of issues such as not having a correct support from programme leads as the support leads have changed 5 times in the last 2 years.

  • They provide a day off a week to complete the uni work and check in with me but not everyone gets that

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They provide support like we are normal students however, there is sometimes a lack of understanding that we do not just work till 5 sometimes

  • Not much as I do a degree that is a mix of IT and business but I am mainly in a Ops role so its difficult to relate some things

  • Use the SMART method of answering interview questions and take up every new opportunity you can, especially in your first year
