We look after an account dealing with client queries , repair requests and compliance of there vehicles .

New skills are ongoing daily as there is always something new to learn within the business .

The course has helped me develop skills within my job role and help me have a better understanding of how the job and team can be progressed .

The programmed is structured well as there is training sessions once a moth which doesn't make you feel as though you are constantly training .

If support is required i am always given the time to work on what projects i need to complete .

Pareto have always made sure that i understand tasks given and if any further assistance is required they will endeavor to help me with whatever is needed .

This has helped me organize myself better for the tasks that i do on a daily basis and also helps the team with there work .

We have a quiz every friday as a Team and also a Team Night in done one friday every month .
