I live and breath Aldi! Even though you are expected to work very hard and I love how you're accountable to your own work. This keeps me extremely focus and motivated. My team are very kind, friendly and supportive which I haven't experienced as much in other companies. My manager and director are inspiring strong females who I can look up to and they give me amazing support in the workplace and also my personal life during a family emergency. After returning from Mat Leave I felt like I had amazing support, structure and training to get me back up to speed but without being too much too fast!
