My job involves varies tasks, which can differ on a daily basis. This includes, comms, processes for examiners, managing complaint, escalations, developing training and offer support.
I am constantly learning new skills, which include new project management techniques, customer relationship management processes.
I am really enjoying my programme and the learning that I am able to apply to the area of the business that I work in.
