I am a vehicle technician apprentice at Ford and on a day to day basis i am shadowing a fully qualified tech and helping out where needed. Also I am starting to complete services under the supervision of my mentor.
I have developed my team skills as i am constantly working with someone else.
I am enjoying my program a lot and it is all being held very well and informatively.
It is very well structured and organised.
My employer supplies me with the appropriate support needed.
They provide me with adequate support.
They are helping me learn new things that i can take into the workplace.
Yes there are sports events that are in the works at the moment.
