  • Working with an external company who are the PM for projects where BAE is the customer. My role is Governance and Assurance as opposed to a 'typical' PM role

  • As someone has is experiencing lots of personal circumstances I have lots of support around me e.g. line manager, mentors, Skills Coaches, University

  • Think there could be more support provided throughout the modules e.g. practical modules being delivered online was difficult for a lot of apprentices

  • Being able to apply the theory learnt at uni to the placement is really useful

  • lots of support for apprentices and a lot of opportunities to further our career once we graduate from university.
