I run the shift and the hotel for that shift. I make sure everything runs smoothly and ensure the safe and its contents are handled correctly. I help with check ins, orders in the restaurant and I handle the complaints. Make sure guests are having a good experience. I’ll also train my team
Yes I’ve developed better people skills and complaint handling. My leadership skills are improving and as well as my management skills.
