I work as a shift manager in a McDonald’s Restaurant. I run shifts and help the general day to day operations within the restaurant. ai lead the team and help to keep the general public served with fast, hot, fresh food.
I have learnt and developed so much. I have learnt so many interpersonal skills and now am a much more confident individual. As well as this, I have learnt a lot about the financials within a company as big as this one. This is everything from suppliers, cash management, training and development and much more.
