  • I work as a shift manager in a McDonald’s Restaurant. I run shifts and help the general day to day operations within the restaurant. ai lead the team and help to keep the general public served with fast, hot, fresh food.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt and developed so much. I have learnt so many interpersonal skills and now am a much more confident individual. As well as this, I have learnt a lot about the financials within a company as big as this one. This is everything from suppliers, cash management, training and development and much more.

  • I have learnt so much and developed so much more within my role.

  • I wish my employer gave me more time to complete my programme.

  • They help me and are aware of my apprenticeship I just wish I had more priority sureounding it.

  • The training provider is excellent at helping me with this.

  • It is perfectly linked and really gives me the opportunity to develop and continue learning about my role within the restaurant.

  • Because generally I have enjoyed working here.
