  • Calling customer's to ensure deliveries and collections will run smoothly. approach new customers. raise vehicle damage claims and send to correct vendors. make sure bookings and incident management is under control. communicate with different departments for jobs or tasks that need to be complete.

  • my tutor is amazing. he makes sure i understand all work given and what is needed of me. he motivates me with deadlines and what result i can work towards.

  • i feel that it helps me perform better. i understand personalities and how people want to be managed. i understand how communication works and how some people like to be assigned tasks
