Im a crew trainer so I normally run the kitchen so I will start my day by doing my travel path ensuring everything is stocked and prepared for busy periods and all food meets gold standards while following all are procedures with the proper training. We check this by completing station observation checklist and score them out of 100 to see if they are ready.
