Greeting service users in their own homes. Providing personal care, support with dressing, assisting with medication, food preparation, drinks. Domestic work and shopping.
I haven't learnt any new skills just yet. However, I am now getting used to computers but have a long way to go.
It's quite insightful to learn the difference between agreed ways of working and and legal requirements of the job.
I would prefer if it was in order to complete but, that's a me problem. My tutor Tina is very patient.

Tina is brilliant, and full of patience with me, as I am not good with computers. I seem to find problems at every corner.
It gives me a clearer understanding of my job role and the implications that may arise.
They have volunteers two, three times a week.

I feel it's a good company to help provide support to people who want to better themselves
Ask questions, no matter how small. Be patient. They are patient, understanding and quick to resolve any issues
